Begin your trip with Southern Italy. Visit Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius and the beautiful town of Positano. Take a day trip to the island of Capri! Discover Italy’s capital Rome and see the Vatican and many ancient ruins such as the Forum and the Colosseum. Continue to Florence and visit Accademia and Uffizi galleries. Tour the nearby Siena and San Gimignano and sample local Tuscan wines. Take a day trip to the Italian Riviera known as Cinque Terre. Continue to Venice and Discover St Mark’s Square, the Bridge of Sighs, the Doge’s Palace.

Arrive in Naples and transfer to Amalfi Town

Once you arrive in Naples, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to the hotel in Amalfi. The remainder day is free to rest.

Amalfi - Visit Pompeii and Wine Tour to Mt. Vezuvius

A short drive will take you to a wine estate situated at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. Here you will learn how to make “gnocchi”, typical local home-made pasta. After the hands-on pasta lesson, you visit the vineyards and then you will enjoy a lunch accompanied by the tasting of 5 different types of wine. After lunch departure for the nearby town of Pompeii, where your local guide will show around the remains of the ancient Roman City buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in the year 79 AD.

Amalfi - Day trip to the Island of Capri including the Blue Grotto

Enjoy a relaxed excursion to the Island of Capri. Your private guide will meet you at the Hotel and you will walk to the Amalfi pier, where you will board the fast jetfoil to the Island. Once on Capri, you will board your private vehicle for the tour of the island. Your guide will take you to Anacapri, the town on the top of the Island where you will have time at disposal to enjoy the shops or to climb to Monte Solaro by chair-lift. Continuation to the Blue Grotto for a visit. The tour will then continue to Capri town, where the guide will suggest a suitable venue for lunch. Return by jetfoil to Amalfi in the afternoon.
